We were delivering a leadership intervention for a client we have partnered with for over four years when one of the learners walked up to our Founder, Vikram, and said: “Whenever TBH Circle comes in, it feels like the programme is happening at the top of the organisation.” That stayed with him. On his way back, he called Karthik, our Senior Partner, and shared the feedback.
